Yusuf Dikeç(born on January 1, 1973) is a Turkish sport shooter and multiple-times world champion who participated in the2024 Summer Olympics. He has gainedmemeticfame for winning a silver medal in the mixed 10-m air pistol shooting event while wearing onlycasualclothing and without using specialolympic shooting glasses, also his seeming nonchalance, aiming and shooting with one hand on the gun and the other in his pocket, most probably due to him being a former police officer and retired soldier. Because of this, he is known in Japan as the "free-to-play uncle" (無課金おじさん,Mukakin oji-san) and helped spawned ameme imitating his shooting stance. He's also a cat person, as revealed byhis Instagram.
