He was a thief who planned on stealing from the Matsuno household by posing as a kindly middle aged man looking for a place to stay for the night. He holdsOsomatsuhostage for a while until help comes and he gets taken away. Became a popular minor character amongOsomatsu-sanfans after the chapter was rediscovered.
