Also known as Jetstream Sam, he is a Brazilian-Japanese mercenary with a samurai family ancestry, with a penchant for iaido and a seemingly carefree personality. He was forced to work withSenator Armstrongafter being overpowered in a short battle between them.Disgusted with Armstrong's Social Darwinism ideology, he later secretly turns against him. After that, he duelled withRaidento the death to solve their differences and to prove that Raiden is capable of defeating Armstrong using his high-quality blade, even knowing that his human body is no match to Raiden's cybernetic body.
