Honey was eventually restored intoSonic the Fightersofficially when it was remastered for its digital release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in 2012. Honey would make further appearances as a prominent character in the Sonic comics published by Archie Comics and made a cameo in the Sonic the Hedgehog Free Comic Book Day 2021 issue by IDW Publishing.
