The titular main character ofExcel Saga. She has long blonde hair and green eyes. Her name comes from the Excel chain of hotels in Japan. Excel is a member of the organization ACROSS, which is bent on world domination under the leadership of lordIlpalazzo. She is initially the only visible active agent, but is eventually joined byHyattand laterElgala.
